Ulrika is a much-loved bearer of the local singing tradition from this area in Ångermanland, northern Sweden
A dozen keen participants spent the day with her, learning new songs and new ways of singing, as part of the preparation for our summer work in and around the mediæval church of Ytterlennes.
The following two days were a seminarium on mediæval culture and different approaches to communicating it today, to which Ulrika also contributed; documented on its own DVD, here.
